About Office Automation Mackay

Office Automation was originally started by Phil Broxham in 1985. The company opened it's doors providing a new showroom and technical services to support Ricoh and Lanier office equipment, computer and networking Systems, Panasonic phone and PABX systems just to name a few. Starting off with 3 employees the company grew rapidly, requiring additional staff to support their growing customer base.

In the early part of 2004 the business was sold to Danny Treveton who brings a valuable skill set in electronics engineering, qualified communications technician, Cert II, III & IV in information technology, level 4 Panasonic technician and also trained in Clipsal CBus systems. Danny has since owned/managed the business and has shown continual growth with the expansion into audio visual and PA systems, the introduction of IP based telephony, advances in data cabling and fibre services.

Having earned multiple awards from Ricoh/Lanier for both sales and support of their products and multiple commendations and awards from Panasonic, Office Automation is the one company that can provide you an end to end solution from laying the cable's required through to providing, installing and training you on the equipment that needs to run on that cable or otherwise. We were actually the first Company in Mackay to Install A VoIP Phone system which was linked via a Point to Point Laser System and later rolled out across the east of Australia via a Private Network. We are on the cutting edge and plan to keep it that way.
